Great Weekend Planned!

We're meeting with the kitchen planner this weekend. We liked Paul's work on the first floor kitchen last fall so we invited him back to do the second floor kitchen. I have some dramatic ideas but I won't state them now because I want to make sure they're do-able.

We're also installing new carpet in the second floor unit

Happy New Year - 2011!

I'm wishing you and your families a wonderful, happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.

Santa Frank was good to me. He got me a new camera for Christmas. As soon as I'm able, I'll be using it in Ocean City and posting wonderful pictures here.

I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know if you're thinking of coming down to OC this summer. I'll have to let the brokers know before President's Day what weeks I have left so they can offer them to their customers.
